The Collective Restaurant & Bar - A new kitchy spot in the Meatpacking District decked in pop-art and unexpected trinkets (i.e. chairs made out of old street signs and lamps made out of parking meters). The space is wacky enough to conjure up images of the Mad Hatter, trendy enough to attract the city's bobo-chic crowd, and seems flexible enough to successfully host brunch, happy hour or after-hours grubbing. This is the newest bar for The One Group, adding to their list of successful venues including One, STK and Coco de Ville.
