101 Riverviews - Three private party spaces located inside the 101 River Views office building. The Terrace Room is a top-floor penthouse and balcony decorated in green and black marble. One floor below is another room, more appropriate for corporate events but also featuring outstanding views of the Manhattan skyline. The third room, a vast white space with high ceilings is located on the ground floor and is often used for charity events.
