Steve Angello and his Swedish House Mafia comrades have redefined the the way we all see electronic musicians. Having reached a pinnacle of success that only few in the music genre have, their music and fame is still growing in the U.S. After one of the most successful events in South Beach history (One Night Stand at The Masquerade Motel), Steve Angello decided to hit the road and keep on with his tireless efforts to spread the Size Matters sound, as well as his and the Swedish House Mafia name. Much like the biggest pop stars in the U.S. today, he's boarded a bus and began his trek across the country, as well as Canada, for the Size Matters North American Bus Tour
In the booth, Steve Angello plays puppet master, virtually controlling every move of his audience with a tweak from the mixer, or debuting a new track on the CDJs. This tour will feature tracks such as "Open Your Eyes," a new collaboration with Alex Metric, and a song that Pete Tong called "so large it needs its own festival." But word is that there's a lot more in store, especially with new treats from his Size Matters label.
Currently in the Midwest, but soon making his way to the Pacific states, the last stop of the tour will be the infamous Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California. Talk about ending it all with a bang.
