The Nightlife Golden Touch: Hersh Davis-Nitzberg

It's Saturday afternoon and your phone is blowing up with text after text from eager promoters hoping to lure you to whichever nightclub they are pushing, offering drink tickets, bottles, hot girls and guys. Welcome to big city nightlife. A typical promoter views his game like a small business, sending troops out to round up attractive clientele in exchange for profit shares and spends the day schmoozing on the phone and nurturing relationships. All promoters dream of turning their club nights into an empire, but few have the motivation and are business savvy enough to make their dreams a reality. But for every one thousand guys you know that are stuck in the nightlife hustle there is one that pushes through and comes out on the other end with a serious business and career.

Hersh Davis-Nitzberg is the one of the few that have done just that, and better actually, with his image enhancement and publicity company, Regal Image Consultants, currently a dominate force in Los Angeles entertainment. Growing up in LA with an interest in nightlife and event production, Davis-Nitzberg honed his skills while studying at Princeton University, making nearly 50 flights coast-to-coast to produce events like Snoop Dogg live.  Taking a hint from his massive frequent flier portfolio, Davis-Nitzberg moved back to LA following college graduation and continued to built on the succesful business he has started while at Princeton.

Soon after, LA2nite was born and over the next eight years grew into a full scale company promoting nightclubs like Highlands and Level 3 and large events like Giant New Years. With 5000 events and the title of top promotional company in Los Angeles under his belt, Davis-Nitzberg decided it was time to switch things up and take the next step in his career, so he packed up shop at LA2nite and began promoting people instead of places at Regal Image Consultants.

RIC advises clients such as celebrities and politicians on maximizing their image and improving their public persona, and in a city where image is everything RIC is exactly who you would want behind you. Davis-Nitzberg has brought his experience promoting clubs, creating buzz and bringing in hot clientele to personal and corporate image consulting, but still finds time to promote very special venues that he feels will be making a big splash.

At the moment, Hersh Davis-Nitzberg and RIC are handling promotions, productions and operations for Downtown L.A.’s newest nightclub, Exchange LA, and if the past is any indication his golden touch will make Exchange LA your favorite new nightlife hot spot.
