Electronic dance music junkies have something to satisfy their craving for thick beats this weekend in New York City. Armin Van Buuren, the trance artist with some prestigious titles under his belt (including a spot on the DJ Top 100 list three years in a row), will be performing on Friday and Saturday night at Roseland Ballroom.
This guy has been around for about a decade, but has risen to the top of the trance music scene in the past couple of years. Earlier this month, Van Buuren was awarded the “Golden Harp” for his contribution to Dutch music – an important award for the Leiden-born artist. If you haven’t seen this guy in action, this weekend is your chance to hit the dance floor and let his dance-inducing sounds take control. Roger Shah, Menno De Jong, Rank 1, M.I.K.E., Cerf & Mitiska and Eco will also be in attendance, rounding out this evening which is bound to keep the crowd rocking till the early morning hours.
Advance general admission tickets are $70 while supplies last – or $250-$350 for VIP seating. We suggest getting your hands on these ASAP before prices go up or tickets run out.
