Walking down Washington Avenue last night was something truly special. You could feel the energy in the air, and in each and every one of the pedestrians walking past. Winter Music Conference always gives off this feeling, but the closer we walked toward BED nightclub, the more you could feel it. The party we’d been waiting for since last year’s Conference was finally here: Dig Deeper with Danny Howells. Although there wasn’t too much commotion outside of the velvet ropes, much like you’d see at Mansion or Cameo, once you made your way inside it was a completely different story.
Danny Howells once again knocked the ball out of the park last night at club BED for his infamous Dig Deeper party. Bodies filled the venue from wall to wall, moving, swaying, jumping. Howells was a true captain behind the helm, using his mixer to control the crowd’s emotion throughout the night. There was no point throughout the party that could be described as dull, boring, or lacking energy. From start to finish he did his job and he did it well. It’s not everyday that you get a quality DJ in town who’s able to do this, but our third year in a row with Danny at Dig Deeper proved to be yet another momentous occasion.
