One of the biggest nights of the year is just around the corner, and when it comes to nightlife in Miami, New Year's Eve is THE night to go out and be seen. However, this night also poses a bit of a problem, it gives us all too many choices to choose from. That’s why you have us! New Year's Eve events are constantly being thrown at us, but we’re here to weed through them all and deliver only the best events to you, the ones we think are worth your time and worth your money. Here are some of the hottest New Year's Eve Parties that Miami has to offer this month.

#1 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: Lady Gaga @ Fontainbleau Poolside
This will probably be one of the biggest events in the city as the biggest and most luxorius hotel in the city brings in one of the most popular pop acts of today. Lady Gaga is set to host and perfom at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Poolside as guests ring in the new year. There’s no telling what her performance will entail, but it better be a good one seeing as tickets for general admission start off at $375! With an open bar and a performance by one of the biggest music stars of today, it just may be well worth it. Click here for more information on the Fontainebleau Poolside New Year's Eve.

#2 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: Steve Angello @ Mansion
It’s no surprise that Mansion managed to book Steve Angello for their New Years Eve party, seeing as he’s had some of the best parties at the club, and every time that he’s in town to play the venue it’s completely sold out! This year New Years Eve will reach a whole new level of musical energy as his signature Swedish House Mafia sounds take over the club for what’s set to be one of the most popular parties to be at in South Beach. Expect Angello to hop on the DJ booth, grab a mic, and yell whatever’s on his mind at that moment. The crowd always goes wild regardless. Click here for more information on Mansion New Year's Eve.

#3 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: South Beach’s Chicest Hotel Party @ Mondrian South Beach
While nightclubs seem to rule nightlife throughout the year, New Years Eve offers many more options for the crowds, and that’s when the hotels in South Beach cash in the most with their extremely anticipated events. This New Years Eve the Mondrian is definitely our pick as one of the best venues hosting an event. This NYE they’ll be bringing in the New World Symphony with Macy Gray, performers from The Box, a special fireworks display at midnight and an open bar from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. by Leblon Cachaca. We know that whoever attends this party will definitely have a memorable night.

#4 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: Simian Mobile Disco @ The Shore Club Miami
It’s definitely fair to say that one of the most luxurious hot spots in Miami’s nightlife scene is at the Shore Club. This New Years Eve they’ll once again be hosting one of the most anticipated events during New Years Eve with special performances by Walle, Dan Merriweather and Simian Mobile Disco! If that’s not one hell of a lineup we’re not sure what is. General admission tickets are currently on sale, and even though they may set you back a bit, don’t forget that the price includes an open bar sponsored by Bacardi from 10 p.m. to 1 a.m.

#5 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: New Years Eve @ Space
One club that everyone’s looking forward to be at for New Years Eve is Club Space, and this year the celebration will be bigger and better than ever as they celebrate their 10th year as being one of the most popular and staple nightclubs in Miami and North America. Billed as “The Perfect 10,” this year’s New Years Eve celebration at Club Space will be a memorable one. Musical acts include music by DJs Oscar G., Patrick M., Louis Puig and many more. These are names that have been associated with the club for quite some time, and you’ll be able to get a taste of each of their sounds on this night. Click here for more information on Space New Year's Eve.

#6 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: Drake @ Cameo
Last year Cameo held one of the most popular events when it came to New Years Eve, and this year it looks like they’ll be doing it all over again as they booked one of the hottest hip hop acts in the nation, Drake. His album hasn’t even dropped yet and he’s already getting the recognition of a seasoned vet. Expect the party to be packed with Drake fans, party fans and people who just want to drink and dance the night away as the ball drops. This is definitely one of the parties that we’ll be attending, and we think you should definitely consider it. Ticket prices are fair right now so look at those when you get a chance. #7 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: The Spam All Stars @ The Catalina Hotel
We’re huge fans of live music here at Clubplanet, so when we heard that The Catalina Hotel in South Beach was bringing in the hottest live music act in Miami, The Spam All Stars, we were pretty damn excited about it. Their blend of improvisational electronic elements, turntables, latin and funk with hip hop beats will definitely go over well with the crowd, not to mention that there’s also going to be a special set by DJ Le Spam himself. This is quite possibly the best event to attend if you’re looking for a good band at a great venue. Click here for more information on Catalina Hotel New Year's Eve.

#8 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: JustJared.com presents: Not Just New Years @ Klutch Nightclub
New Years is the perfect opportunity for a new venue in Miami to open up shop and really make an impact. Not to say that it’s not a competitive night in the business (actually the most if you ask us), but if you really manage to throw a great party on that night, it’s smooth sailing from there. This New Year’s Eve Klutch Nightclub opens its doors and prepares for a grand event as the new venue in town. They’re bringing in Kellan Lutz and Olivia Munn to host the event, as well as special performances by Leighton Meester, Boys Like Girls, Hey Monday, Kid Sister and Steel Panther. This is probably the event with the most talent on New Year’s Eve, so if you’re looking for great live entertainment, this is the place. Click here for more information on Klutch Nightclub New Year's Eve.

#9 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: New Year’s Eve @ SET Nightclub
It’s definitely fair to say that if you’re looking for extreme exclusivity in the city, there’s no better nightlife venue than SET Nightclub. So if that’s what you’re looking for this New Year’s Eve, then you’ll be pretty happy to know that they’re not skipping out on the celebrations at all. Instead they’ll be hosting a New Year’s Eve event that’s anticipated to be one of the most exclusive ones in the city. House and hip-hop will be spinning throughout the night in the various rooms, and champagne will definitely be flowing. Expect to rub elbows with some of the city’s biggest spenders and A-listers, so make sure to bring your A-game. Click here for more information on SET New Year's Eve.

#10 New Year's Eve Party in Miami: Kid Cudi and John Legend @ The W Hotel
This New Year’s Eve The W Hotel is making a name for itself in the South Beach nightlife scene by hosting an event that’s been selling tickets quickly since they went live. Both Kid Cudi and John Legend will be in the house and performing live! John Legend is no stranger to Miami, but Kid Cudi hasn’t played the city too often, so this is definitely one unique event to attend. 90210’s Annalynne McCord will be in charge of the New Year countdown that will have the audience bringing their champagne glasses in the air and ringing in the New Year. If you’re thinking about checking out this event then we suggest looking into tickets now! Click here for more information on The W Hotel New Year's Eve.
