What was expected to be one of the biggest concerts of 2010, Michael Jackson’s Tribute Concert, was recently cancelled altogether. The tribute show was first scheduled to go live in Vienna, however, it was later moved to London. But as the event’s organizer closed down, now there’s no chance for the show to be produced. “The company cannot sign any new contracts and will certainly not plan any new events,” said Martin Schneider, liquidator for the organizers. World Awards Media GmbH, the event organizer, decided to close on November 30th. Names like Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown and Natalie Cole were set to perform, but now there’s no telling if someone will pick up the project.
