After only a month or two on the New York real estate market, Scott Sartiano and Richi Akiva have purchased the old Plumm, old Nell’s space on 14th Street. The nightlife duo is famous for New York hotspots, 1 Oak and Butter, and will soon add this historical venue to their oeuvre.
Word on the street is that the two have purchased the venue, but have yet to finalize the exact plan of action. Sartiano and Akiva are hardly new to the game, but here they will be the new kids on the block. Like anything made in the 80’s, namely the original boy band: NKOTB and this space, we expect nothing but the best.
