Last Saturday's CD release & giveaway party for Marc Anthony's latest compilation Ibiza Anthems, the Unreleased Collection was a smashing success. So much so that we've obtained more complimentary copies from the distributor for the listening pleasure of our Spirit of Ibiza @ Discotheque crowd.
This week, we bring in special guest DJs in BOTH rooms - each has spun at the Spirit of Ibiza party in the past, but not since the party moved to Discotheque. On the main floor, sharing the turntables with Marc Anthony, is house/vocals DJ extraordinaire The Great White Hope - a legendary Hamptons DJ at venues such as NV and the late Conscience Point. The duo of Marc & GWH is guaranteed to keep the packed crowd on its feet, necessary this week as the plan is to stay open 'till the break of dawn! This room also features the beautiful Ibiza Dancers occupying the speaker boxes. Live percussion provided by David.
Spinning hip-hop is the incomparable Kid Kaos, who's returning to his residency from an extensive tour. Kaos' set effortlessly transitions new & old school classics, making hip-hop fans of people that normally detest the stuff (like the promoter). Opening for Kaos is DJ Dre, resident of the Essence of Rio Party at Float.
Doors open promptly at 10pm. Get there early to avoid the line and hit the *OPEN BAR* from 10pm-11pm. All partiers on the Clubplanet guestlist enjoy an admission of $20 from 10pm-3am. Regular admission is $25.
