and it started to dominate, first the Finnish
dance - and single charts, and eventually
it made people go wild in the U.K. Darude
performed in BBC's Top of the Pops - program
in June 2000 where he had the pleasure to
play the track that was number three on U.K.'s

Static
Revenger 1AM-5AM
In the late 1980's, Dennis White was the
musical director for Detroit techno act Inner
City. Signing his first production deal with
KMS Records in 1998, White now was head of
his own dance-directed rock band, Charm Farm.
When fronting the band in the mid-90's, he'd
often invite none less than the then up and
coming Kid Rock onstage to jam. "Kid
Rock would get up there and no matter where
we were or what the situation, he'd light
the joint up and blow me off the stage! It
got me rethinking that front man shit!"
So in 1998, Dennis White became the Static
Revenger, a direction that eventually found
him remixing #1 Billboard hits including Madonna's
"What it Feels Like for a Girl."
But as a remixer, it was landing the opportunity
to rework Felix da Housecat's club smash "Silver
Screen (Shower Scene)" that he feels
the closest kinship. In 2001, Static Revenger
ignited the DJ charts and dance floors all
over the world with his song "Happy People"
that entered the British Club Charts at #1.
As a DJ he brings his crowd pleasing beats
to the American masses and enjoys discovering
the newest and best club scenes in the country.
Touring in 2001 with The Crystal Method, Static
Revenger continues to kick out the hits while
currently working on his full length album.
