it has broken my new year eve
i booked the day before by phone and they offered $1.99 per game and when i went there they didn't have my name on the list and charges me$12.00 per person. When asked they told they were not responsible because it was some other employee who booked us on the phone. Even after we requested they said they can't do anything and were arguing with us. We didn't want to make an issue and spoil our celebration eve so we went on. But never in future will i ever go there... tey think and behave as a monopoly. i give them 0 in customer satisfaction.
