Le Souk, New York

This place should be shut down! It smells really bad, the service is awful and people are nasty. Do you know that they pour house cheap liquor in bottles of top shelf liquor like Patron, Grey Goose and Johnny Walker Black, etc. Their hookas are not neat and its dangerous for intoxication to breathe the smoke coming out which is filtered by dirty water... The kitchen is disgusting...they prepare the food with rats running around. I saw roaches crawling on their walls!!! Theirs sodas are not fizzy. And on top of everything...the owners are not paying their employees and are extreme assholes with their staff. Don't encourage their business because they are thieves and not good people...

I went to this place tonight and concur with Val. This place has a bigoted policy against anyone who isn't Middle Eastern or looks it. I saw a whole line of Middle Eastern people get in without a problem and then the doorlady turning away many of the whites and non arabs. Somehow the arab dguy ahead of us who was by himself got in without a hitch and my buddy and I (Black and Chinese) were told that we needed reservations which we both knew was complete BS. Thank god I killed plenty of these raghead motherf%^^%&% over in the big sandbox. I wouldn't feel a bit of remorse if they bombed this s#*! . It would probably take out some terrorists along with it. Two for one... Can't beat it.

One word to describe this place is blah. The food was mediocre, cramped spaces (so people shake their butts in your face while you eat), music was alright.. oh yea and I have to mention how terribley rude the door lady is. So mean and aggressive for no reason. Sorry but it's not some hot spot that needs attitude. Like I said blah!

La souk owner playing some kind of game recently: He opened a very unpopular place ucross the street from La souk and if you trying to get into the club, the security will send you acrsoss the street to the new place to spend for about an hour there in order to get into La souk. You have to buy a drink in another place, which is not you choice at all. They have very rude security and very discrimination get in policy: no people over 35 lately allowed, no single person can get in and no many white people in the club. Very often i see white americans were told that if you will order bottle service only than you allowed to get in, which for middle eastern is not the case.
