This used to be the best club in Vegas.
Rain used to be my favorite club - every other girl used to be gorgeous years ago, but it has deteriorated quite a bit over the years. It's no longer worth a $25-30 cover charge...let alone a $600-2000 VIP table. DJ Scribble plays the same mp3 mix every weekend - if you go regularly, you should be able to tell what the next song will be. Expect the song "California" to be played at least 4 times in a night. DJ Scribble needs to go.
I hope Rain can regain their act again, because the club seems to be slowly dying, one ethnic group from California seems to be taking over - needs a mix-up. One nice thing about the club is that it's more wide open than other clubs, not as much pushing and shoving as the other clubs = not many fights. I'll still go to this club once/month, but if it doesn't improve, I'll have to find some other place to replace it.
Rain also needs to stop with the fire flamethrower crap from the ceiling - it's old. Mist the audience to cool and comfort them, don't flame broil them.

Mega Club!
One of Vegas' many Mega clubs. Again, catering to cash. However, I've had many a night there that were all about meeting the right people. Met one of the VIP hosts that was from Denver, and the next thing you know my firends and I are in a VIP Party behind the DJ loaded with celebs, Cristal, and interesting people too. Best on the weekends, and the music will not be very good. Caters to the lowest common denominator of pop and rap.
