The Abbey West Hollywood, Venue Description

The Abbey is the creme de la creme of West Hollywood. Though it's ostensibly a gay bar, it transcends labels, even on the gayest of nights--for example, the annual Halloween costume contest. Urbane clientele, both gay and straight, sip decadent signature martinis out on the stone patio by the fountain or in the white-curtained cabanas by night or day. A $2 million, 4,000 sq-ft renovation and expansion secured this place's rep on the WeHo rollercoaster.

Anything Goes

The Abbey is a "free-spirited" West Hollywood hangout I frequent on occasion with my gay friends. Going there is definitely not a typical night out for me but it can be a whole lot of fun and attention from the opposite-attracted mostly male crowd! Although I had my hesitations at first about how I'd fit in, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and [not to leave out] smokin hot the guys were. I didn't feel out of place for even a second. In fact, I may have tempted a few to switch their pitch ;) ok ok, maybe not really, but a gal can still fantasize right?!
