Cuzco Restaurant II - Reflecting the nationwide immigration trend of what's been called "the browning of the suburbs," one can now find authentic Peruvian cuisine in Falls Church, VA, where the first Cuzco is, and here on the U of M campus. While it might provide a nice break from the usual college diet of cheeseburgers and pizza pie, you might still be compelled to ask, what is Peruvian food. Well, as it turns out, the answer is almost everything. Peru has oceans, deserts and jungles so you can find almost anything there. Cuzco offers ceviches, seafood and other Peruvian staples, as well as some accomodations to the American diet.
