Vertigo - If you should find yourself near Faneuil Hall, you needn’t content yourself with tourist traps or Drunky O’Hearlihy’s, or what have you. It doesn’t open till later, obviously, but it does offer a chilled-out, lounge-y first floor if you haven’t put on your dancing shoes quite yet. When they do find their way on your feet, you can easily head downstairs to the spacious downstairs space, surprisingly well decorated, given the exterior. The crowd depends on the evening and Vertigo rotates the musical emphasis daily. Monday is Latin, Wednesday is psychedelic and trance, Thursday is NYC house, Friday is tribal, Saturday is hip hop and R&B and Sunday is Caribbean City.
