Parkway Tavern - This late night institution caters to Mid-City and Uptown professionals and college students born of the same breeding. This place is regularly packed, especially in the enclosed patio area, where people are regularly jockeying for position when one of the wooden picnic tables becomes available. Cocktail hour is 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays, Thursday is ladies' night and Friday is import beer night.
