Masses Billiards & Sports Bar, Walnut Creek

This Bar sucks I went there had couple drinks over a couple hours on a thursday. till they had the worst ever band/Karaoke idea ever it sounded like country and rap on at the same time and the speakers are about 3" above your head. Its dirty the floors are sticky and people there are douche bags. So when the racket started we closed out our tab and tried to leave but the plain clothed bouncer (Mark Etherly) and five or six other bouncers/Patrions. Felt the need to stop us from leaving Stalling us, I asked him if he was placing me under citizens arrest or just holding us against our will, and they let us leave. Plausible it could be for reward or just to make him self feel better at someone elses expence like most low lives. Then when we pulled out of the parking lot we got pulled over right away and the cop told me it was because of a 911 call that was placed by, you guessed it (Mark Eltherly) from Masses and I got a copy from contra coasta county to prove it. I am looking into the timing of the 911 call. Am in the process of finding out if he was calling them before or as I closed my tab. This is a ghetto hang out with ghetto employees and is a complete waste of your time and money. Thinking about suing for punitive damages. If youre looking for trouble It's A great place to catch a case!!!
