HORRIBLE Experience w/ Lucky Lounge Manager
I recently booked a party at the Lucky Lounge. Worked out all of the specifics on music/details with manager Johnny A. Found out on Facebook 3 hours before my party started that Johnny A. cancelled the DJ we agreed on and booked rock bands all night without even telling me.
I had over 120 RSVPs (all bringing 1-6 guests). Johnny A. ruined the party we planned and didn't seem to care when I called to confront him. I was shocked at how awful his business ethics turned out to be. Complained to owner William M. and received a very brief apology. Matt Luckie wouldn't have stood for this type of customer service and I wouldn't advise anyone to plan an event there as long as Johnny A. is the manager. Never spending another dime in Lucky Lounge again!
