The Run Around!
I went to eat at Jardin Corona on 8/26/08 and was charge 3 times for the same meal Yes. Due to Inconpetence or plain lack of attention that Did happend. It is now 09/02/08 and I have yet to receive a refund from this people.They have given me the run around Not wanting to pay me back what they Over Charge me. I have presented them with everything they have ask of me and still.Only excuses! Today teh excuse was that the manager had to leave. I asked them what if there is an Emergency what then? The manager told me then that the Owner would be called, and I said then call the Owner so he can fix this problem. She then told me well he is in Mexico Now..Blaaa Blaaaa Blaaaa More Excuses.. I would Never recomend this restaurant to anybody,terrible customer service and unprofessional Management to say the least of this place.
