Club Above the Heidelberg, The Ann Arbor

This place is horrible. The bartender, who is also the manager, apparantly hates everyone. She is so rude, and accused 3 of my friends of stealing glasses, and wanted to charge them $40 each. I don't understand how places like this stay in business.

This place is horrible. The bartender, who is also the manager, apparantly hates everyone. She is so rude, and accused 3 of my friends of stealing glasses, and wanted to charge them $40 each. I don't understand how places like this stay in business.

The bar above is horrible. If you are intersted in OVER-PRICED s#*! beer and CRAPPY music, please join the people upstairs. Downstairs is very fun. Once you come upstairs, though, you enter a totally differnt atmosphere where the bartenders are not friendly and the DJ is overtly racist and makes rude sexist remarks. Karakoke, in partiucluar, on Wednesday nights is a racist and sexist event where only white girls with fake boobs enter the stage. Occasionally a black girl with large boobs joins them. If at all possible, avoid the 'Bar Above' at the Heidelberg and check out any other bar in Ann Arbor where people of all races are treated with respect and dignity not found at the Heidelber Upstairs.
