the real deal
Everything that was mentioned here in the previous reviews was completely wrong. This is an establishment that has the greatest waitstaff in the world. You treat them right, they treat you especially right. The humidor is especially stocked with the best of todays cigars for the small boylston street location/humidor. It is full at all times. As for the person that wanted to sit at the bar- where in boston do you ever get a bar seat unless you are the only on in the bar? Great place to meet people and sit with a great smoke. If you want to go to a bar and drink, this is not the place. But if you want to have a good smoke and go to a bar a have a nice wine or beer, then this is the ticket!

Cuban Don
The wait staff is very rude, and they let their personal friends hang out
at the bar some of the locals can be rude and offensive. The decor is nice and the leather chairs are comfy .To bad this could be a Boston
best place to be unfortunately it is ruined by the employees the location is to die for but is a bad representation of Beantown hospitality which is really sad considering how nice the place looks.
I am a Bostonian and based on the bar conversation i could never bring out of towners to this spot due to the inappropriate manner .

This Place Sucks
The staff is very rude, they do not talk to you, their humidor is TERRIBLE, and nothing about Cigar Master's is worth stopping in for, even if only for a few minutes. I would rather stand outside in the rain and cold than deal with the crappy cigars and surley waitresses. Do not go here.
