Tequila Rain - Actually, this is the basement and first floor of that four-floor megacomplex of booze and debauchery, Jillian's. Confusingly, their addresses and entrances are separate and only sometimes allow travel from one floor to the other. We don't pretend to understand it, but then we also don't understand the endless parade of bachelorette parties that Tequila Rain loves to host. The weekly "Buff Bod" contests are a little easier to get, and so is the spiky southwestern menu. Of course, the huge array of fruity girl drinks for sale need no explanation whatsoever.
