Most evenings Sangria has something going on—if there is not a live Flamenco show or jazz performance, just sitting on the outdoor patio and sharing tapas with a date makes this an entertaining place. The restaurant’s menu of Spanish and Mexicali meals are delicious, especially if enjoyed with their signature Sangria. While Sangria caters to all ages earlier in the night, after 9pm it shifts into an adults-only nightclub. The line of hot Hermosa Beach singles stretches out the door and you may have to wait upwards of two hours to get in, but inside the two dance floors and sexy Spanish aesthetic make waiting in line worth it.
