Blarney Stone - I imagine that every college, even the University oF Tehran, has a kicking Irish pub on it’s campus. Almost offensive to call them Irish pubs – since they are more of an Americanized illusion of what we think the Irish are like…The patrons consist solely of students who gulp down beers bought thanks to suspect IDs. Quizzo some nights, live bands other nights, bad DJs most nights, drunken flirting and white-boy dancing every night. The entire menu is basically deep fried – and its all delicious after 4 pitchers of stale beer. Yep – that’s what every college-Irish-pub is like – including this one
