The Most Prejudice Place Ever!!
We arrived early, decided to sit at the bar closest to the stage, then a young crowd of 20something, if at all, decided to bombard the front. Which then became congested w/ rude, obnoxious, smelly people who ignited the night w/some brawling action. I was subjected to racial comments because I wasn't caucasian which is 99.9% of the crowd. When a big 6' tall guy gets into an argument with my friend I decide to intervene to diffuse the situation which in turn ended up hurt by the beastly hand of the big guy who dared to grab my little fingers to pinch them!! After informing the bar maid, bartenders & nerd collecting the entrance fee nothing was done!! BTW the man collecting the fee was NOT checking ID meaning many of the patrons were under age who were undeniably drunk!! The show was merely OK, yet if the crowd can be controlled & the youngersters kept at bay the place could've been better. The night left a bad taste in my mouth & I never encountered racism in NYC in the 36 yrs I've lived here!! BTW I'm latina & always confused for caucasian!
