On April 6, 2008, an incident occurred outside of your establishment in which one of your security personell used an illegal weapon and assaulted a patron who was refusing to leave. Unfortunately, this incident will soon be brought to light. I have written letters to the nuisance abatement unit for the NYPD, as well as the attorney general because this victim was afraid to come forth. But now that we have 3 winesses, we will be going forward with our official complaint. Actions like this should not and will not be tolerated, and now that we have 3 witnesses about the incident, your establishment as well the security person that struck the victim, will be brought to the authorities...
