Roseland Ballroom - Great concert space, and host to dirverse acts ranging from Paul Okenfold to De La Soul to George Clinton. An enormous dance floor, a 700-seat restaurant and three bars await younger rock fans and older ballroom dance aficionados alike. Though it's only open two days a week -- for recorded music on Thursdays and one or two bands on Sundays -- it remains a NY favorite. Other concerts take place during the week, and dance parties may be canceled due to bookings, so call ahead.
