Such a great experience
There for a bachelorette party, expecting to just get drunk, but we loved the food. I go to dinner quite often on a nice expense account, so I planned to just not eat. The food was surprisingly good, creative and diverse menu with outstanding execution. Surprising because the place was so jam packed. Our waitresses were just adorable and sweet. White glove service, of course not, that's part of the fun. They paid constant attention to us and made the night memorable. That's what really matters.
As a theatergoier, I was also very surpirsed by how professional and funny the show was. Great comedy, dance, costumes, interaction with the audience. All in all, it was just great and highly recommended!

Bigoted diatribe
I (and 2 of my friends) understood going in that the show was supposed to be outrageous, but after my friend spent 10 minutes or so browsing through the karaoke song book the hostess went off on us with a pretty disgusting bigoted diatribe over the speakers.
She (a drag queen) used the term "cheap ass jew" about a dozen times within a minute over the microphone to the entire bar, referring to my friends and I, and let out some pretty personal insults as well as bitter comments about "New York Jews".
I understood that the emcee was trying to get a rise, and to be quite honest I don't even think she was anti-semitic, but the whole incident was just ugly. As soon as she got so personal everybody stopped laughing, and it just became a very uncomfortable situation throughout the whole bar (as we probably were not the only jewish party there). Being singled out for one's race is an extremely uncomfortable situation even if it is done in a comical way (which this wasn't), and it was so uncomfortable that my non-jewish friend pretended to be the only Jewish one of the group to draw her bigoted fire away from us. My friends and I ended up walking out, but after hearing some of the things that she was still saying over the speakers about us as we left disturbed me enough that I actually went back in just to warn her to watch herself, as she represents an establishment and isn't just making personal jokes herself.
I would like to write to the owners of this chain to inform them of the incident, but I can't find an email contact on their website. Any advice would be appreciated.
