With fine dining and beverages and relaxing music, Georgica is designed to be a true city escape rather than a Manhattan-esque dance club like many Hamptons night clubs have become. Under the ownership of Matt Levine, who also owns Eldridge in the city, it's intended to appeal to an older, more conversation-based audience. But this doesn't mean it's without some of the hottest DJs and a fine drink selection.
