amazing dinner
For dinner I had the filet which was amazing and my friend had some salad with goat cheese that she also loved. The manager came by and recommended a bottle of wine. I do’t know too much about wine, but I loved it, and it wasn't too expensive either. The service was pretty good.

I really love it
I love the crepe cake but the moletn souffle is also absolutely unbelievable. It's always tough to make the decision and sometimes I even splurge and do both for us to split. I can't help it, I have a sweet tooth! As for the staff -- they are always so friendly and now pretty much know us, which is nice. The owner often says hello when we come in and the waitresses are all so friendly. We really do love this place.

Great place to go before a show or game at the MSG
Great place to go before a show or game at the Garden because it's close enough but not the usual groos fare that's creally close to Madison Square Garden. The food's great and the atmosphere is small and comfortable

Wine list is great, and food is excellent.
I like sitting at the bar for dinner. The staff is super friendly so it's a great way to chat with them, and to watch what's happening in the kitchen. Wine list is great, and food is excellent.

my new spot
There is an outdoor patio that's really nice too though, so I want to go back for an afternoon drink one of these nice days. I'm obsessed with their hummus -- it's perfect and delicious, but pretty much everything we hadwas delicious, with the exception, maybe of the shrimp dumplings, which I wasn't a huge fan of.

fun and hip
This place is just fun and hip andI like the whole wine pairing aspect of it. I don't know much about wines but I do know about cheese so I just go backwards, pick my cheese and then pick my pairings from there. I wishe they would expand the cheese list though. They have some good ones but there are some others that would really add to it. Anyways, I like all the other food I've tried too. They have this mushroom appetizer that's like a pizza on pita bread and covered in mushorooms -- it's really really tasty. I'm not much of a dessert person but my gf always loves to order, so we tried the crepe cake here and it made me a dessert persson. It was that good. And the staff are really nice, but sometimes i feel like they are just a little too nice. It's cool when they come and talk to you but sometimes they want to talk a little too much

good selection of wine
The wine paired with the chocolate gives a whole different taste to the chocolate. I'm not usually a huge fan of chocolate, but I liked these, probably a combination of the quality Jacques Torres truffles and the wine. Ayza has a good selection of wines by the glass and a large wine list. Unfortunately they did away with the their Corvina by the glass, which was my favorite, but they now have a Malbec which is great -- a little sweet but not too much so, and with a real smooth texture. My gf and I discovered this place one day when she dragged my shopping and Herald Square and to be honest we got a little tqisted around after. I'm glad we did thoug -- we've come here a few times since and it's never disappointed. The food is good and the menu changes sometimes with the seasons, which is fun, though disappointing when a favorite soup goes away. It's inevtiably replaced with something equally good though. The service can sometimes be a little slow, but overall it's great, and the place has a really romantic feel to it as well

dance of chocolate and wine
Azya is a really nice wine bar, all the better because they have the whole chocolate thing going for them too. I've seen a couple other wine/chocoalte places but I think Ayza does it really well. The people are really nice, which makes it all the better -- sort of like a local hang out but with a hip swanky feel that's pretty fun. The wine list is huge and has a love of greats, even on the by the glass list. The cheese list is good but I think it could be a little longer, given it's a wine bar and all. I love the asparagus soup though. I don't know what they do to it, but it's really really good. Sometimes I go and just order thatl. I just wish it were a little larger though -- it gets so crowded and having only one bathroom is a bit of a problem, especially since there's no really good place to stand and wait.
