Bert's Warehouse Theater Detroit

I went to your New Year Eve Event and was extremely disappointed at the services and entertainment provided. I paid forty dollars for i feel like nothing. I couldn't dance because dancing was for vip only. The sound system was horrible that night. I couldn't get any water with my meal unless I paid for it. There was not a champange toast to bring the New Year in. I was so upset I left right after 12 because i was not enjoying myself and the group of people I came with were also unhappy! I feel like I should be compensated for ruining my 2011 New Years Eve

My Co- workers and I attended a New Years Eve Party at your warehouse theater. We were very disappointed in the service, we were not given any water with our dinner and told it would be an additional three dollars. I was appalled,In addition we were not allowed to dance seeing that dance floor was roped in the V.I.P. section, we were not given a champagne toast.The cost of a forty dollar ticket should include something,all we got was poor service the entertainment was to start at 10pm however it did not start until 11:15. This is not what I expected from well known jazz club. My co- workers and I feel we should be compensated for such a terrible time and ruining our new years eve.
