La Riviera Lounge, Matawan

Went to the place with my girl friend of two years and we both loved it. Perfect place to bring a loved one or the whole family. The ambiance of the room was amazing. We ordered a pitcher of sangria and I must say that it was the best sangria that I have had in a real long time. I also ordered a sea food salad for appetizer and it was delicious. For the main course she had the stuffed salmon, and I had the cowboy steak both were cooked to perfection. We were treated very well, there was good music, and the food was phenomenal. We left full, and happy, will definetly be there again soon.

I had a friend tell me about Friday nights at La Riviera so we went to check out the music and dancing. It was so much fun! The DJ there was really good and kept us on the dance floor all night long. They also had a $6 martini menu which a sampled quite a few of. Bottom line, great music, great (@$* , great time! I’ll be back! Maybe I’ll try it on Saturday for Latin night. If anyone has any reviews on their Latin night please post them!

My girlfriends and I went to Ladies Night at La Riviera for my friend’s bachelorette party. We did appetizers and (@$* . The food was delicious and they had a really good martini menu. The DJ that was there kept us dancing all night. It was a classy alternative to most cheesy bachelorette parties. We will definitely be making ladies night there a regular event with our group.

I've been there three times with my family, WOW I have never been let down, try the Veal Principessa it's done to perfection! Our server knew the menu by memory, she was very helpful, and made our evening a complete pleasure. I think we have found the place for our next special occasion.

la Riviera is my favor place food is excellent love the bar and the lounge. 10:00 pm thursday tru Sunday the have different djs.On Thursday DJ raven hi plays all type of club music. the have 5.00 martini and shot specials, Friday the have DJ Joann "O" with classic disco and drink specials. Saturday is the Latin night, with DJ Danny hi plays bachatta,merenghe,salsa,reghetton and more,with a patron shots a 3.00 and more drink specials. the happy hour is great 3:00 to 7:00PM Monday Thru Friday top shelf 1/2 price ,House wine 4.00 a glass, beer 2.00 and bar menu is 1/2 price.
