Actually....
Mr. Lee, if you choose to speak about a business of which you are in no way associated, do so by clearly stating the truth, and please lay off the racially oppressed talk, that's beyond desperate. The President is Black and still this continues.
The club does have a Class B, Private Club Permit as issued by the State of Arkansas, which clearly is defined as a members & guests only venue, which may require a membership to enter, a membership thats approval is at the sole discretion of the private club. It's state law, in writing. The application process is easy, takes 5 minutes. NOWHERE on the application does it state no transexuals, no lesbians or no bisexuals. ACTUALLY, an in depth explanation of why the questions are being asked is right there for you to see on the application, not to mention the questions are optional and are do not have to be answered if you choose not to. That sounds like the work of some real discrimination there. The white people in line in front of you more than likely took the time to fill out the application because they knew it was required to enter, whereas you probably decided you didn't need to because you're black and it's unfair. The last check, Club 2720 had 1,488 current members since Feb 21st, 2009. That's nearly 5% of the total population of the entire city, member's at one "supposed" private club. I'd hardly say their membership has slipped. The club has been in the same spot for 4 years, so it must be doing something right, 350 people just last sunday night don't lie.
Dress code in nightclubs is common across the United States. I've been turned away from clubs for wearing flip flops, having my shirt untucked, or because I didn't have at least one girl with me. You sure won't see me bashing their venues for turning me away because I'm white.
You want to enjoy a fun, SAFE, tasteful and modern nightclub, I suggest Club 2720. If you enjoy harassing women, starting fights, being obnoxious, dressing sloppy or you carry a monkey on your back, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Can't be Black or Hispanic
2720 supposedly has a "private membership" with an application process akin to a credit application( no transsexuals,no lesbian or bisexual), also after they found membership was dropping, they went lax on who could enter; i.e. if they were wearing proper attire. Sounds pretty desparate. Try being black and being told to go to some internet site to submit an app, when white people ahead of you in line are allowed in.There are much better clubs in HS that dont discriminate because of the color of my skin.

Club 2720 is the greatest club/bar I have ever been to. The atmosphere of both the pub and nightclub are unlike any other place I have been. I have LOVED every experience I have had at 2720 and know there will be many, many more!!!!!!!
