For the more buttoned-up lesbians of Park Slope--those of the pantsuits and Hillary bobs--Ginger's provides a haven from the Cattyshack tomboys of the younger gay girl generation. The lounge area, accented with an early 90's palette, is slightly too cheesy for a truly trendy crowd, but it suffices for the no-nonesense women (and a few gay male interlopers) who sidle up to the bar to order the $9 martinis.
