As a student, I think I'm pretty well acquainted with the night life in Montreal. As such, I regret to inform you all that Vinyl is without a doubt the worst club Montreal has to offer. The cover (something a bar--essentially what Vinyl is--shouldn't even have) is far too high. The bouncers are the scum of the earth. They literally chased my friends halfway down the street despite their insistence on leaving this terrible venue. The music was generic and unimpressive. There are few places on earth, let alone clubs, that are worse than Vinyl.
