Phoenix has NO Dance Circuit Scene!
It makes me sad that people in Phoenix are just not into the Circuit -Dance 'scene' like the bigger cities like LA, SF, NY, & Miami are! ...Phoenix is definately an early city! The streets are literally empty by 10 pm!...Pathetic!
