The Flat Lounge, Los Angeles

Hello, I currently live here.
1. Parking is a problem.
They don't assign spaces, and many
people from outside park there.
2. The walls are thin, and the spaces
too small. The concrete floor is good.
3. Dont even expect a fan for the kitchenette.
4. Management is unresponsive. It took
an extra week to get parking permits (one week
AFTER they said they will tow cars without permits)
It took an extra couple of weeks to receive the
garage keys.
5. Maintenance men are able to walk into your apartment
without notice.
6. Its very noisy here. I heard that poolside is noisy,
well street side is very noisy. Besides boomin bass,
people honk for a long time in the mornings and especially
middle of night.
7. Garbage. There are no chutes. So you have to take
the FRONT elevator down to the Garbage bins.

I feel as if this is jail, especially because parking is terrible.
I am waiting for my contract to expire, then I will
never even go on this street again.

Overpriced. I only moved here because I had to
find a place quick.
