Wahoos Fish Taco - FROM SITE: "In 1998 the brothers decided to import the fish taco to Costa Mesa, located in Orange County California, and give it a unique twist. They combined the fish taco with their Brazilian favorites and added some Asian inspired items. The brothers them decorated the original restaurant with donations from nearby surf companies, and Wahoo's Fish Taco was born. Wahoo's quickly developed a loyal and steady following."
