Shelly Cafe - Shelly Café has more of a deli vibe than a sidewalk café. Which is probably for the best, as despite its location a block from the tourist hotspot of the Chinese Theater, it caters to a more leisurely, local crowd. The food, too, is pretty much what you'd find at a big deli - standard sandwich list, a grill, and breakfast served pretty much all day. The cheap prices are just icing on the cake at this quick, take-out lunch spot.
