Caioti Pizza Cafe - Coming this spring LaDou will be featured in a segment of the History Channels series on the history of food in America dealing with the origins of pizza, and also in the documentary film PIZZA- THE MOVIE which is making the rounds at various film festivals. LaDou was recently recognized in May of this year by the American Institute of Wine and Food for his culinary achievements. These accolades are the most recent of industry recognition and media profiles going back to the late 1970's, when LaDou began breaking ground for the new contemporary pizzas we are so familiar with today.
