Joe's Ginger - "Based on the success of Joe's Shanghai, the owners opened Joe's Ginger in the heart of Chinatown at 25 Pell Street, New York, NY in May 2003. Joe's Ginger serves authentic Shanghai cuisine, with the famous Joe's Shanghai's dishes including Cold Cuts, Shredded Turnip Shortcake, Braised Duck, Lion's Head, Braised Pork Shoulder, and of course, our ever popular "Xiao Long Bao" or "Soup Dumpling". Our world famous soup dumplings comes in two varieties: pork, and crab meat with pork. Located a few stores away from Joe's Shanghai at 9 Pell Street, Joe's Ginger offers a similar menu with added delicacies that can only be experienced at Joe's Ginger. Joe's Ginger also has two floors of seating capacity so that visitors can get a table with less wait time.
