Hawaiian Tropic Zone - From the restaurant owner Denise Reise and PURE nightclub co-owner, Adam Hock, comes the greatest fusion of dining and entertainment on the strip: Hawaiin Tropic Zone (HTZ). Located in the Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, HTZ will have have all your senses screaming for more.

Drinking and dancing takes over Hawaiian Tropic Zone as the bar and patio areas transform into Torrid nightclub Thursday through Saturday night. Torrid features drink specials, DJ spun music, go-go dancers, various celebrity hosts and DJ’s as well as a street-side patio at the heart of Las Vegas Boulevard. There is no charge to attend Torrid. Guests must be 21 or over. Bottle service is available.

Worst Customer Service-Don't Waste Your Money

This was absolutely the worst customer service I've received in a restaurant. I was in Vegas for my birthday and they " don't acknowledge birthdays". We made reservations there after being handled coupons from THEIR STAFF earlier in the day, ordered our food, and verified with the waitress before ordering that the coupons were valid. Then after we handed over our credit card the manager came over to tell us we couldn't use them! She was the most rude, and obnoxious manager I've ever seen. I hope this place is shut down!

Lousy Service

The worse service I had at any restaurant on the strip. I had reservations , showed up for them, had been there 25 minutes before drink order was taken, was there 45 minutes before food order was taken and finally received my food as I was about to leave, after being there 1 hour. Got home to find an email saying my reservation was cancelled on the day of my reservation. I was there on time, and the place didn't have 5 people in it at the time. Got terrible seats beside the partition, talked to 3 couples that came in afterwards, got nice cushy seats facing screen, they did not have reservations. Will never return.

Awesome Time

The waitresses here were awesome, I was in Vegas for my birthday, they were attentive and fun. I even went out with them after to Tao for a party. I've been to vegas 3 times this year and have always gone back.

Workers aren't happy and you customers wont be too.

Beautiful Women thats it. I guess if your a bachelor comming into town with money one of the waitresses might let you in her sarong but other than that you could find better dining elsewhere. Food was okay but what upset me the most is the service. No smiles from waitstaff and they gave terrible service. Not only don't they smile but half of them don't speak any english.

Terrible

I wasn't very pleased with the restaurant. It seemed like a winner but sure turned out to be the opposite. We had to most terrible service and i complained about the waitress and the manager on duty said sorry and it was a busy day which didn't seem so. Scale of 1-10, 10 being the excellent, i would rate this place a 6 mainly for the food which i thought was pricey.
