But for our purposes, The Blue Ox’s lil sister joint Babe’s, the Ultra Lounge, is where the real meat can be found. A swanky lounge that treads lightly between beach chic and lux environment, Babe’s is a real hidden find amidst the dunes of mid-market fun. But with even the choicest steak, there is occasionally some gristle. The music is decent, the atmosphere is relaxed, and you occasionally might meat someone cute. It’s not urbane enough to make your forget your favorite haunt in the city, but it’s going to be enough to get you through the week.
