Diablo's Cantina - The Light Group’s newest restaurant concept, Diablo’s Cantina at Monte Carlo Resort & Casino is a 13,000-square-foot multi-level entertainment complex featuring a unique Strip-side location, an open-air design (perfect for people watching), “cross-the-border” cuisine, an extensive selection of specialty drinks, over 75 tequilas, and high-octane entertainment, creating a Spring Break-like party atmosphere year-round. Sultry señiorita servers add a touch of spice while roaming tequila vixens help get the party started.

I found a fingernail in my food and the management still made me pay for the meal!!! Do Not Eat Here!!!!!

Fantastic!
Went on opening night. Extremly fun and entertaining. Live music was so pleasing to the ears. Great drinks and invigorating decor. Would go again and again.
