San Loco - Indie Williamsburg isn't exactly the most likely location for the expansion of a chain Mexican restaurant, but the newest branch of Manhattan institution San Loco has found a home just off Bedford Ave. The tiny spot, which is open 'til 4am on weekdays and 5 on the weekends, serves as a popular last stop for an endless stream of post-partying Brooklyn scenesters. The appeal, modeled on the success of the iconic flagship San Loco in the East Village, is pretty basic: quick, cheap tacos served with the last beers of the evening (or morning).
