Flying Pig Brewing Co. - Located north of Seattle in Everett, Flying Pig Brewing Co. offers eight beers on tap, including golden ale, pale ale, IPA, an extraordinary smoked porter (made with German malt), stout, a strong barley wine, and Bavarian-style Hefeweizen in pale and dark varieties. There are plans to add six more taps with delicious brews made by Mount Vernon-based Skagit River Brewing Company.
Greasy food reigns supreme at “The Pig”, with offerings including nachos, chicken strips, fries plain or seasoned with garlic, and chili with cheese.
Open seven days a week, the lunch crowd often fills all the Flying Pig's booths and tables. If there's an evening event downtown, the business usually has to turn away part of the dinnertime crowd as well.
