Blue Ribbon Brooklyn - The largest outpost of the burgeoning Blue Ribbon empire is right at home in fully yuppified Park Slope. This upscale restaurant chain is most well known for the award winning menu, particularly the extensive oyster bar, which is available as late as there are fresh shells left. But the bar scene at this simple, spacious joint gets going as well, and brings in all kinds of folk from this eclectic Brooklyn neighborhood. The bar gets hopping after dinnertime and on weekends stays open until 4am, filling up with everyone from yummy mummies sipping sherry to wasted hipsters clasping cans of PBR.
