DEK23 - DEK 23, a new lounge on Lower Washington Avenue on South Beach, has been created by David Hughes, Elad Ziv, and Khalifa Masaood, to provide an intimate bottle service venue that will impress even the most discerning patrons. Located in the former Bash space, DEK23 retains the old venue's indoor/outdoor atmosphere with a luxurious New York-inspired interior lit by over 1200 LED lights, as well as comfortable outer area dubbed "The DEK". Local and international DJs play a variety of sounds on the custom EAW sound system installed by premiere sound and lighting company, Infinite Audio. DEK23 is open most nights of the week for an excellent night out
